Healing scriptures for sick child

Here are a few healing scriptures for a sick child:

Psalm 147:3

“He (God) heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”

As a child of God, you can trust that He is working to heal you in every way – physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Exodus 15:26

“I am the Lord who heals you.”

Remember that the Lord is with you always, and He has the power to heal you completely.

Isaiah 53:5

“By His (Jesus’) stripes we are healed.”

Jesus willingly suffered for us on the cross, and through His sacrifice, we have access to His healing power.

James 5:14-15

“Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.”

The power of prayer and the anointing of oil can bring physical healing to the body.

Psalm 30:2

“O Lord my God, I called to you for help and you healed me.”

Don’t be afraid to cry out to God in your time of need. He is always ready to listen and offer healing to His children.

Isaiah 41:10

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

God is always with you, and He is more than able to give you the strength and help you need to overcome your illness.

Psalm 107:20

“He (God) sent out His word and healed them, snatching them from the door of death.”

God’s Word is powerful, and when we speak it over our lives, it has the ability to bring healing and deliverance from even the most severe sicknesses.

Matthew 8:17

“This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah: ‘He took up our infirmities and carried our diseases.’”

Jesus took upon Himself the infirmities and diseases of all humanity, so that we might be healed and made whole.

Romans 8:11

“And if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of His Spirit who lives in you.”

The same power that raised Jesus from the dead is living within us, and it can bring life and healing to our bodies as well.

1 Peter 2:24

“He (Jesus) himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed.”

Through Jesus’ death on the cross, we have been given the gift of healing for both our physical and spiritual bodies.

Psalm 103:3

“He (God) forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases.”

Not only does God have the power to heal our physical bodies, but He also offers forgiveness for our sins, which can bring a deeper level of healing to our lives.

Matthew 4:23

“Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people.”

Jesus had a ministry of healing, and He is still able to bring healing to all who call upon His name.

1 John 5:14

“This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.”

When we pray for healing, we can have confidence that God is listening and that He will answer according to His will.

Proverbs 4:20-22

“My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words. Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; for they are life to those who find them and health to a man’s whole body.”

The Word of God brings life and health to all who meditate on it and apply it to their lives.

As you trust in God’s Word and His promises of healing, you can experience His healing touch in your body.

Here is a prayer to help your sick child get better:

Dear Lord,

I lift up my precious child to You today, asking for Your healing touch to be upon them. I know that You are the Great Physician and that nothing is too hard for You.

I trust in Your goodness and Your faithfulness to bring healing to my child’s body. I pray that You would restore their strength and vitality, and that You would remove any sickness or disease from their being.

I ask that You would give my child peace and comfort as they go through this difficult time. I pray that Your love and presence would surround them and bring them hope and joy.

Lord, I know that Your plans for my child are good, and that You have a purpose and a destiny for their life. I pray that You would use this trial to draw them closer to You and to strengthen their faith.

I pray that You would bless the doctors and medical professionals who are caring for my child, and that You would give them wisdom and skill as they work to bring healing.

I trust in Your sovereignty and Your grace, and I know that Your plans for my child are perfect. I give You all the glory and praise, and I thank You for the work of healing that You are doing in my child’s life.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Final word on healing scriptures for a sick child

It is clear that God is a God of healing and that He desires to bring physical and spiritual healing to His children.

There are many scriptures in the Bible that speak to His desire and ability to heal, and as believers, we can trust in His promises and pray for His healing touch in our lives and the lives of our loved ones.

It is important to remember that God’s timing is perfect and that His plans for us may not always align with our own.

But no matter what the outcome, we can trust that He is always working for our good and that His love for us is never-ending.

So let us hold onto His Word and His promises, and let us continue to pray for healing for ourselves and those around us.

Accept Jesus as your lord and Savior

If you have not yet accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, I encourage you to consider the truth of His love and His sacrifice for you.

He came to earth to live a perfect life, to die on the cross for our sins, and to rise again so that we might have eternal life.

If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9).

This is the greatest gift that you could ever receive – the gift of salvation through Jesus. Don’t wait any longer to accept this gift.

Believe in Jesus and His love for you, and let Him be the Lord of your life. He will bring you healing, hope, and purpose as you follow Him.
