In Ecclesiastes 12:1 the Bible states, “Remember God in your youth, before the days of trouble come and the years draw near when you will say, ‘I find no pleasure in them.’” This verse reminds us all to take care of our bodies and minds in our youth, so that situations such as memory loss can be avoided.

The Bible gives hope to those suffering with the condition, too. Psalm 77:11 states “I will remember the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember your miracles of long ago.” This psalm allows us to renew our trust in God. No matter what life throws at us, God is always present and ready to help us through.
